From the Egyptians to the Greeks, the Phoenicians to the Romans, many people attributed its origin to the intervention of the Gods, and have taken advantage of its incredible nutritious, medicinal and cosmetic properties.
Today, thanks to progress in scientific research, we are able to give names to the beneficial substances that olive oil contains: squalene, tocopherols and phytosterols, all precious elements for the beauty and protection of skin and hair.
Highly compatible with the natural acidity of our skin, olive oil is rich in precious substances, which soothe, protect and moisturize. Moreover, a substance extracted from the leaves (olive leaf extract) is rich in Iridoid Glycosides (Oleuropein, Oleoside) and Flavonoids.
